Thank you guys. I'll try that on Monday. And get back to you with result. In our scenario, call goes to ivr (voice port) after that call is transferred to a RP with distribution strategy,  which transfers call to an agent extension. Oncallabandoned worked fine just before I've added suspend for release function and event_arrive=treatmentrequired on extensions. From that moment urs treats event released from extensions as event abandoned

Guys, a cap with empty oncallabandoned works fine. Thank you all very for your advises. I own beer if you occasionally find ourselves in my city :-)
