Hi everybody,

Is it possible to pull actual time of agent login and logout as a BRIO custom report

    Yes, this is posssible by using the login table. You can setup a DAP for your reporting statserver that feeds datasourcer and point it to the datamart. Create the login table in the datamart and then you can create a view to link this to an agent report for brio. I have done this before for a 100 seat call centre and it just needs some DBA maintence on the table from time to time.
