ACD Position definition in NEC IPS
« on: October 13, 2014, 04:48:02 PM »
Hi Everyone,

I have just installed Interaction Workspace, and I´m having trouble defining ACD Positions por agents to log to application.
Contact Center extensions are defined with association .2 and switch specific type 1. Then I generated an ACD Position for each one of the extensions, with NO association and switch specific type 1. Then I attach to each place, corresponding extension and acd position. Agents are able to log into interaction workspace, but calls are not routed. Seeing CCPulse, monitoring status, looking into the correponding place, I see both ACD Position and extension in "ready" state. However, mointoring agent status, I only see the acd position, but not the extension, so that must be a problem, because maybe calls are routing to acd position. I did the same process working with a NEC SV8300 without any problem, both agent and place show acd position and extension in ready state.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

Regards,

Z
