Hello,
Do Genesys offer a reports distributor solution?
We use business objects/crystal/cca (v8) for historical reporting however they are run and distributed manually.
I tried to use ccpulse however it sends one email if threshold is met using the configured action.
Customer has asked if possible to send hourly, daily and weekly queue report without purchasing external software.

That is a question for the BI software, not Genesys. Crystal is delivered just to offer something, you could use whatever you want.
