Core User Group (CUG)

Many of you may know me as a long-standing member and moderator of this forum.  Others might know me as the "annoying tweeter..." lol  Either way, you'll know I am steeped (drowning?) in Genesys - and have been for about 11 years...

I am looking for form a "Core User Group" (which I will call the CUG(!)) outside of the mainstream.  There is no particular agenda - just a melting pot of fresh ideas from engineers like you (of which I and others already have several) that we might collaborate on to actually create new features that (sadly) Genesys core products and solutions might be missing.

If you think you're up for it (and you think you are "qualified" to take part!), please either reply in this thread or PM me with your core/specialized Genesys skillset.

I'm really not sure where we can take things but I think this could be an exciting chance to make a difference - well, that's the whole point of the CUG, anyway!  So, there are not necessarily any prizes - but many opportunities to collaboration with your peers - and there is always the potential to market/sell the "best of the best" which I would be willing to take forwards (advocate) to Genesys, through various channels.
