Error at ProtocolManagementService.getFacility()

Hi

This is my first attempt at using platform sdk for development work. I'm using Management platform sdk to retrieve server status i.e. server is running or stopped.

However, I encountered an error at ProtocolManagementService.getFacility when I run my program. Please see attached for screenshot.

Any idea what went wrong? I've also attached the code written (more of piece together from sdk help file...)
