MM reporting
« on: December 31, 2009, 06:57:52 AM »
Hi,
Does anybody have experience with Multimedia reporting toolkit? Is it possible to get historical statistics using statserver java extensions provided with toolkit (BPR_DB_extension, BPR_GB_extension, BPR_SL_extension, BPR_WB_extension)? I want to use Genesys Datamart for storing statistic as it is with another java extensions (eServiceInteractionStat, …).
Thanks.

Hi,
I have managed real time reporting to work with these java extensions, but I can’t create historical reporting.
There is no ‘Statistical Types’ from these java extensions in Data Modeling Asistant.  Do I need to do some specific management of StatServer?
Boy.
p.s. what do you mean db extension? Is it BPR_DB_extension?

Hi,

It should appear automatically in your DMA. If not, then try to restart data sourcer. But make sure your statserver which datasourcer is connected to has these stats configured in the same way as the CCPusle SS has.
Let me know if you were or were not successful.

thx.

Cheers.

Where do it must appeart?  DMA/Statistical Parameters/Statistical Types ?

Do you see any errors in Data Sourcer log?

The new DB extension stats you defined, have you managed to run them in CCPulse? Are you getting any values?
