Full-Day Exceptions

Hello, I am using 7.2 and am trying to use the schedule states report to export to a comma delimited excel file to get total exception times for training, meeting, etc. The only problem that I am running into is that full-day exceptions do not contain a total duration like partial day exceptions do. We have shifts that range from either 4-10 hours, and I really do not want to have to manually update each item when I run the report.

I could use a VLOOKUP to get the shift duration, but that would be cumbersome and would require maintaining another separate list of agents and shifts. Is there anything that can be changed using Configuration Utility?
