Which Log Files?

Hello,

Which Genesys log file is best to use when trying to locate how a call finished?

We want to establish what happened to 4 calls between a specific time period on a day, where 1 was answered and 3 abandoned.

I looked at the URS log file and can see each one but not where it finished or why it was abandoned.

There are also the tserver logs but dont have access to see them at the moment, will this tell me the information I want?

Yes, as long as TServer is configured in full debug mode (not recommendable to do it in a production enviroment) and the configuration of the logs cover that specific day you want.
