Training for Genesys Cloud
« on: September 07, 2021, 05:27:57 AM »
Does anyone know how a startup would learn Genesys Cloud? I see it is possible to register to become a Genesys partner; however, I do not see a way to get access to the license / services to learn the product. Buying licenses is an at least $24K commitment a year. Is there some program for people wanting to learn Genesys to gain access to the software / services?

AFAIK there is no "public" available SW for PureCloud or MultiCloud and also no plan to share it in same way as PureEngage.

Training documents/sources depends on your role:

Development - https://developer.genesyscloud.com/
PureCloud information/documents - https://help.mypurecloud.com/
Multicloud info - https://all.docs.genesys.com/GenesysEngageMulticloud

There is also "new" web called beyond which contains a lof materials covering PureCloud as well

As a technology partner we were given a none production environment to develop our solution against at no additional cost beyond the partner subscription. I have heard the same story from a reseller who wanted to upskill before presenting to a client. They seem to want to make it easy for partners which is a change from the Engage situation.
