Hello,

I am using the WDE InteractionExtensionSample to customize the application whenever a call is answered.
Currently this sample populate a side window tab ('my sample') , inside of which is a timer, reset button all within a yellow circle.

What I want to do is replace the content of the window with a browser url.
I can see sources which provide code including the Genesys WDE Customization guide, but they do not explain where the code, ie which classes it should be used in.
For example the MySamplePresentationModel.cs and MySampleView.xaml.cs look to be the classes to change.

Is this correct?
Would I need to make any code changes to the module class?
Full coding is seen on this link - https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/IW/8.5.1/Developer/CustomizeViewsandRegions#Creating_a_New_View.
An example of passing URL is shown here - https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/IW/latest/Developer/FrequentlyAskedQuestions.
The blog here provides a sample of what to do, but again not sure which class (other than xaml) the code should be placed in - https://www.lakshmikanth.com/2015/02/25/genesys-workspace-desktop-custom-screen-pop/.

thanks,
