Till now I have configured Java in stat server for Java Statistics. Can you please help me further please.

I need following statistics for Email.

1. Accepted Emails.
2. Accepted but not reply back to customer Emails.
3. Spam/Draft Email.
4. Transferred Emails.
5. Count of Emails available in agent workbin.
6. Count of Agents which are currently entertaining Emails.

If you have any custom java statistics development guide or any material related to Java statistics, Please share.

I will be waiting for your kind response.

Set the statserver logging level to debug and start statserver. If the JAR files are used and configured properly, you will see all possible stats in the logs. Second way is study guides for reporting (it cannot be for release 8.x, the model is still same)

Hi Kubig,

Stat Server is using JAR files properly and I have the JAVA statistics on CCPulse and they are working too. But the statistics that I want are not available in Email Reporting Templates which I have imported in Stat Server.

I need to create custom statistics for what I need or I can retrieve statistics directly from Database but unfortunately I don't know how can I create custom statistics and retrieve from Database.

Can you please provide hints or Genesys reference guides.

Thanks.

Regards,
Raza

For these purposes there are the BPR solution. But this "package" is not public and is under shipping control. So, you have to contact Genesys directly.
