Email outbound doesn't work

Dear all,

I am testing Email outbound and I don't know why it doesn't work.

I have tested email outbound campaign and compare logs file between demo doctor and my system. I used the same call flow as demo doctor. The result is in my log file miss “Message EventTakenFromQueue received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'” After got “Message EventInteractionSubmitted received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'”.

The normal processes are

20:37:10.417 Trc 04541 Message EventInteractionSubmitted received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'
20:37:10.890 Trc 04541 Message EventTakenFromQueue received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'
20:37:10.916 Trc 04541 Message EventPropertiesChanged received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'
20:37:17.190 Trc 04541 Message EventPartyRemoved received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'
20:37:17.193 Trc 04541 Message EventProcessingStopped received from 'InteractionServer_Shadow'

But in issue log just got 2 Messages as below

15:25:54.412 Trc 04541 Message EventInteractionSubmitted received from 'IxnServer_p_dummy'
15:55:54.995 Trc 04541 Message EventProcessingStopped received from 'IxnServer_p_dummy'

I don't know what is wrong in the system. Do I miss some configure or something wrong in call flow or where I can get more log file?

Please help!!!!

If you follow Proactive documentation it should work, comparing two systems just by looking some properties is a bad idea as you may miss some parameters or connections, just 1 and all will fail.
