You can find answers to this just by searching the forum (already discussed) and by reading TServer Deployment guide.
On Avaya side, there are docs available you can google and read them. You expect all the information digested and even pointed out...funny way to do a research

AES provides TSAPI integration with Genesys Avaya T-Server
SES provides SIP integration e.g. with Genesys SIPS, GVP, GMS etc.
SM if I remember correctly was the Avaya replacement for SES. Session Manager I think.

No sir, i don't want all information pointed out ...I have tried looking for answers in this forum. It's difficult to piece together information from people's discussion when you are trying to understand coz its environment specific.

And we all know how Genesys and Avaya keep things guarded unless and until you have license and get a chance to work with, which many of us dont get with out some experience. Till then its

trying to get from one or two line information from , when somebody says something or from these forums.

No offense but isn't the intention of this forum to speak freely no matter how rookie our question is.

Hi,

Search my blog for Avaya and you might find some snippets there.
