sip endpoint remote configuration

I just managed to use correctly the sip endpoint with sdk 8.1.

I want to enable sip endpoint configuration with config manager, however sip endpoint config is on an xml file so to possiblities:

[*] Create as many key values in an annex object and rebuild on the fly xml file before passing it to constroctor : it makes me afraid
[*] Passing xml file content in the config server side : how can I do this since as I understand the key values to store data only seem to be able to store single line data
