Hi guyz, Hope someone can help with this issue. I notice that when a call in teh queue just waiting to be routed there is not a ringing sound, i can only hear silence.

Our site is a little complex, inbound calls have two ways to be routed to agents.
1) Call arrives our center in tdm format, gvp answers USING PBX it and then routes it to an agent. (Here i can hear the ringing sound)
2) Call arrives in sip format, gvp answers (gvp is not using pbx, rigth?) it and then routes it to an agent.(Here i cannot hear the ringing sound, only silence)
Issue: Due to the silence our customers believe the call was dropped by some reason and terminate the call.

Probably diagnostic: I am not totally sure, but i believe we cannot hear the ringing sound cause the call arrives on sip format. Gvp answers it but is NOT using the Pbx, some there is not a component to provide the ringing sound.

I believe we can implement the ringing sound with stream manager. We have SM installed but we DO NOT have the know how.
-How can i configure SM to prompt a sound when the call is the queue waiting to be routed?

Thanks in advanced.
