I Have Problem with Genesys IRD,
I want to create a strategy on the IRD to FAX, anyone know how?
please help and the enlightenment.

Hi,

Sorry but you should post here more details... What platform (Multimedia, ICS) do you have? What version? How are the fax message treated - as emails, as real fax messages? etc.
