A Question About the DataImporter

I have 50 days AHT and CallVolume data, which are formatted into the ".csv" files. (Having 30min. periods, one day consists of
48 records; hence, it yields 48*50 = 2400 records).

Case:

By using the DataImporter, These AHT and CallVolume data
have been successfully imported into the WFM database (ORACLE) without any record skipped.

But, to proof that these datas imported without any problem,
I have exported the same data, for the same period, and
experience the following problem: (it also causes that WFM
could not perform/calculate any Forecast using this data:)

Some records, even their format is correct, was not
imported. Therefore, due to these missing records, i could not
perform any Forecast.

Question:

Can you help me, or provide me any White paper on the
database structure of WFM and/or data importlogic.
