WDE Plugin eServices Pre-written Standard Responses

Hello,

I currently need to write a WDE plugin to fetch the data from eServices from inside my plugin. My customer runs multiples communication plugins, to send messages over SMS and WhatsApp and this section stores the fast answers to its clients, so the agent won't need to type it by hand. How can I get the data from this section within my plugin code? Thank you in advance.
