CTI Toolbar issue

Hi,

I have enabled Comm. toolbar in Siebel thin client 8.0 version.
But if i click on the Login button in the toolbar it throwing the below shown erorr:
eRROR: ERR 1199, ('csta ERROR: UNSPECIFIEDERRORS : NULL')

Can we have a workaround for this.

Hi,

Error description isn't sufficient to tell you what is wrong. Please check logs of Gplus driver, Gplus Communication Server and mainly TServer. You should find more details about the error there.

Hi All,

It has been identified as Switch issue later and we contacted the switch team and resolved the same

What was the issue on swtich ? I am also getting same error when login agent on softphone.

Well this is a 10 years old post... So...
What you are getting is a Switch error from your Nortel, so you need to ask them what is missing in the request for it to fail?
