Who Selects Access Number for Routing, Switch or TServer?
« on: April 19, 2016, 02:03:52 PM »
Hello,

we use ISCC route type for site transfers.
on destination tserver we have 30 ERPs.
When source tserver requests access number for call routing, how does the destination tserver select the ERP? is it the pbx which provides the ERP.

thanks,

is epn configuration the only method to control this selection?
ie we want to group 25 of 30 for one set of calls, and the remaining 5 for other types (preferably without having to make a mass config change).

thanks,

Yes, epn. But is not a mess. Simple task. Don't forget to create epn on all of them, just different values for the first 25 and the other 5 another value.
