Hello All,
I am facing an issue on making outbound call from Genesys desktop while from physical handset I can dial out call successfully.
I have compared the logs of successful and unsuccessful call.

From above logs, I think the issue is after “Party added” the unsuccessful call changed its ConnID and due to different ConnID call became destroyed.
Guys can you please help me in this issue. Is my finding is correct or not ? and what will be the solution for this ?
