BUG:Message Server please confirm

I need someone to confirm a new bug I have found with Message Server.

The bug involves Message Server not being able to recognize the backup DB Server if the primary DB Server was not up when Message Server was started.

I have two DB Servers: LogDBServer and LogDBServer_Backup with the LogDBServer_Backup server set in CME as a backup dbserver of the first one. (you can use a backup wizard that comes with Configuration Wizard to set it up.)

During the operation, if primary dbserver fails, Message Server switches over to the backup one; however, if Message Server is started when only a backup DB Server is up, Message Server keeps on trying to connect to the primary one...

Can someone else verify it?

Hi Vic,

Clarify how do you start MessageServer (as Win service, from bat file, from SCI)? 

If from SCI then which versions of Message Server and SCS do you use?
