GAD interaction with CRM

Hi,

Need help in the communication between GAD  & the external CRM application through Webservices.Does GAD allow to  interact with CRM by invoking Webservices.

Please suggest.

  • Yes it does, currently we use web service to lock "Mark Done" button until business outcome is selected on custom data tab in GAD and then another web service embedded in iframe to push data including ANI, QueueID and Business Outcome to CRM

    I'm facing the same problem:
    we need to integrate an external application written in Visual Basic, in order to get popup with the attached data.
    I suggested to the CRM developer to expose a webservice that will be invoked from GAD, and passing attached data
    Do you think that will work ? If yes, Do you have any docs that explain how to do it?
