Hi ,

I have tried out the thin client Softphone using Agent Interaction SDK Services (.Net)  available in devzone..
when GIS is down- the exception is captured and shown during login...
for example Unable to connect to the remote server.

I have modified the GUI .query is regarding exception handling - once the application is launched after that if  server goes down...need to display an error message
observation: checkforEvents is polling for the events and unable to show up the error.


Please suggest.Thanks in advance.
