Hi all,

i have a question,

i'm using Alcatel PBX and genesys IVR configured using IVR infront of switch,

by default, to route to agent, IVR will directly targeting to the RSI number, and then from IRD routing strategy will collect all data information from IVR to choose the appropriate agent.

now, i want to make it go to trunk first and then will targeting to the RSI number in the end.
I already test that, but i face a problem, i can't get the attach data from the IVR,
i see from URS log that all data become NULL

Please do advice,

rgds/akmal

By Genesys IVR you mean GAD? VTO? VoiceGenie?
Are both TServers associated? ISCC well configured?
Some logs will help and how you configured your TServers too.

Hi,

let me describe our plan:

trunk from PSTN will  go to +++++++ IVR SIP +++++++> call to another trunk(E1 loop) +++> will call to RSI number for route to agent..

we set speed dial number(target to RSI for route to agent via trunk),

if RSI on strategy point to the agent directly, it will ring on the agent.
but when we change the strategy to get data from IVR, it won't work.

we are using GVP, GVPTserver, Iserver, TserverAlcatel4400
we just have a single site only for the genesys license.

please advice,

Are both TServers inteconnected on connection tab? Are you sure GVP is integrated to your Framework?
