My name is TJ. I am an IP Investigator based out out of Frankfurt. With my client's permission I can disclose that we are investigating Genesys for IP theft and the related fraudulent practices.

Have you ever demonstrated some software to Genesys officially, like for example under a signed NDA or other agreement and then found that your software /service has been copied and sold by Genesys? Have Genesys patented your work? Have you ever witnessed Genesys forcing you to buy additional licenses because they said you weren't fully licensed? Have you ever been sold too many licenses?

It is a well known tactic by large corporates to use bullying tactics against smaller companies/individuals because they have the larger financial muscle: you will run out of money before them and therefore they will win even if they are in the wrong. It happens a lot in the software industry.

We are collecting information about such practices on behalf of our client.
