Adding Portal capabilities

Hi, guys,

after some hard work and few minutes of coding  ;) I was able to get Tiny Portal installed on top of our existing forum. The main reason for this drastic move was addition of DOWNLOADS section which will allow us to finally have a file repository. No more "send me this" or use of rapidshare! Hip hip hooray!

Please bare with us as we try to get this thing up and running and needless to say, if there is a way that we should modify it, please please please tell us!
