Question about ACW types

Hi, all,

I have a question about ACW types and uses.

I have been looking at G3 TServer manual and have found several different options regarding ACW. What are all those types of ACW? What are they being used for? How are they been used?

    Are you referring to what they call "AUX Reason Codes" which an agent can enter upon call completion to indicate they are on a lunch break for example. You can use up to 10 Aux Codes (09).

    They are setup in the Feature Access form on the Avaya, and are fully supported by Genesys.
