Title: Retrieve chat from existing session

Hey,

Here's my problem:
1. I'm connected to the InteractionServer, which links to the Genesys Agent Workspace.
2. I'm connected to the chatserver, Flexchat.
3. Customer will initiate chat from company website.
4. I need to be able to listen to the chat the customer initiates in real time.

I'm using platform sdk 8.5 - I'm able to listen in to the Agent Workspace, I can see that a chat was initiated and accepted. Just need to listen to the chats.

Any guidance will be appreciated!
