Title: IWS Showing Logged off Agents

When our offshore agents are searching onshore agents name in IWS search window to transfer the calls but IWS is showing all those agents status as logged off. And same thing is happening when onshore agents are trying to do.
Please suggest the root cause and solution of this issue.

Check statserver to which is the IWS connected if you are able to see correct state there. If no, try to restart the stat server. If yes, check your IWS configuration to allow display object's status

May I know which IWS configuration need to be checked that allows display object's status.
