Title: Genesys + Freeswitch

Hello
In our company,  need to connect remote branch. Remote branch can be connected only whith the use of NAT technology. We tried to connect agents to the Genesys server but the sound is not transmitted. I had to use Freeswitch as a proxy server, and voice and alarm call  work correctly.
But for some reason when entering the GAD and attempt to dial the call hang up occurs. With hardware phone dialing works correctly. Please tell me can GAD functionality working  if the phone is connected through a proxy? Prompt please as it is possible to set up?
We use GAD 7.6.4
Freeswitch Ver 1.5.15b

Logs, no magic balls. Check firewall and you may need a SBC.
