Title: Is it possible for supervisor to force log off agent in not ready state??
Post by: yrathod on May 12, 2016, 09:00:39 AM
The scenario is for agents which are already done with their shift and forgot to logout.

In GAD was possible.
Other solutions need you to develop something or use some software to do it

or disable the Place and the DN that should log them off, put them not monitored - not the best way to proceed to be fair

yeah works a treat but as i say not the cleanest way of doing it
yes works too on TDM but if memory serves me you need to leave it as disabled (not monitored) until the agent next tries to login again

I use IcomNT to do that kind of thing... no way would I give that to a team leader though. ;)
