Title: pulse collector is not starting up

Hi Everyone,
i tried to  start the pulse collector ,on doing so it is giving me the following error:
Collector: CfgServer connection closed.

I checked all the connections to configuration server,it is running fine.

when i checked the logs it is giving me following error:
