Hi All,
I have config server installed on my environment. Based on my research the LDAP should be deployed while installing config server or config proxy. Is it possible to configure the LDAP without re-installing a Config server or Config Proxy?
Thanks,
-
No, reinstall is mandatory.

Thank you Sir!

I did this recently by just extracting the auth binaries from the install package manually and adding them to the working directory. It worked fine. Wouldn't recommend doing this in a production environment though.

Yeah, but some skills are needed there...better just leave it on the uninstall reinstall. Anyway won't take more than 15 min as worst.

How about Multi Tenant environment that has bunch of config proxies or config servers ?
Thanks,

? Multi or single tenant envs have a single CfgServer. As for the proxies, they are just that, proxies

Technically you only need the config proxy or server that's performing LDAP to have the LDAP libraries. So in theory you could reinstall only a single config proxy with the LDAP option selected and configure that proxy to do LDAP.
But, IMHO, you may as well do all of them.
