Title: Siebel and Genesys

I have this system Siebel which I have no idea about, the issue is when adding assignment skills to a user a message pops up "cannot connect to the server xxxxx" Primary and back connection Subsystem are not configured or Primary and backup configuration synchronization components are not available. Cannot connect to the server xxxxx" any idea about the message? there is a Gplus adapter I can see in SCI, as far as I know it is lost connection with Genesys. Thanks

This fixed by restarting both Genesys Cplus application back up and primary in SCI.
