Hi guys
Any of you having issues with Genesys FTP site? All my clients reach at half the welcome message and then can't continue connection...
Which FTP client do you use?

Hi Cav, FTP for EMEA area is working. I am using Total Commander as the client

Do you get a HUGE welcome message? Or just go directly to the ftp listing?
My issue is that at half of this message it freezes and can't continue.

Getting the welcome message (relative huge) and afterthat the FTP lsiting the content. No freezes encountered ( I am using the ftpnl.genesys.com server)

Weird, I have a timeout. Then if I use a VPN don't even get the welcome message...and connects but speed doesn't help.
