Title: How to disable Team Communicator when agent is on Call?

Hi all,

I need to disable team communicator in genesys WDE when agent is on call is there any way to disable team communicator, Need help thank you.

I try to customize the view(Teamcommunicatorview) but the drop down from team communicator is not working properly

Ok...what does that means? Logs? Details? Screenshots? Magic balls doesn't work on this forum...
