yes. On Genesys, i want to extract ANI from genesys.

it's possible?

You already asked and was answered. So now you talk about a WS and end up with ANI question again?

Sorry,

I need a WS as an input variable is the ANI and so we can use the ANI in another application.

Already answered you. ANI[] function will do it. As said, read documentation Juan.

I'm using Telemarketing, i need to extract the UserAgent and PhoneCall with a programing language.
