Hi All,
Can someone tell me how the old Genesys Supervisor Desktop stores the Object Sets and View Templates within the DB or within the CME?
Appreciate your help.
Cheers,

Does not make a sense, all what is in CME is saved in DB. So, answer on your question is clear.
-
What he means is that on old gdesktop supervisor could create views of objects to monitor, the home tab I remember was called. Where was this info? Would say a xml file on GAD server. Never saw CME storing those objects as Transaction or Scripgs
-
Exactly as Cavagnaro has put it. But my question remains unanswered where are these settings stored both for Object Sets and for View Templates.
Also using the old desktop was there anything historical to it or just current IXNs.
Forgive me for ignorance for I am more of a iWS person.
Appreciate your help in this regard folks.

I am not sure about it, but I do not think that these data are saved/cached in physical file. Did you check GAD logs covering any attempt to save some template? My opinion was not about Transaction, but about person annex (after all these data are personal).
-
I answered that may me on xml files on GAD server itself. Really weird question...what for?
