Hi there,
I have a problem with my outbound campaign ....I try to use Predictive GVP dailing mode but I had error message: invalid campaign mode
Can someone help please ?? Would I need a license to use this mode ??

Have you configured all for it to work? Not just click and go

I configured and test the predictive and progressive mode and they work fine but predictive GVP I had a error: invalid campaign mode.
Is there a licence for this mode ??

No special licenses are necessary. Just check the logs to find out the root cause. In almost cases it is caused by incorrect configuration.
Just note : The predictive or progressive mode are configured in other way then the mode with GVP involved.

Pro and Pre are native for OCS, while for GVP you need to configure your servers and OCS to learn where is GVP and how GVP will deal with outbound calls.
Again, follow docs (docs.genesyslab.com)

Thanks guys .....I find the problem.....my OCS version 8.1.1 didn't support this dialing mode ....this dialing mode is supported by OCS starting in release 8.1.2
