how can i get the contact phone number by using a command ?

Your question isn't clear.

In what application or context do you want to get a contacts phone number?

From my point of view, commands are used to make some actions, not to retrieve data about interaction.

Explain what you need to do, it will be easier.

You seem to be talking about IWS since you said command, you should explain if you need it on IWS or PSDK, etc.

And if you could explain what it is you need in more detail it would help.

If this is truly IWS and you also utilize UCS, ESDK can be used to pull the contact info including phone number from UCS.
