Hi,
how can I disable the command "HoldCall " for the first 30 seconds of the call?

Doubt there is a sample for each idea a customer has...
It is more generic code rather than Genesys SDK one.

Put a new chain for the Hold Command. And make a timer for enable this..

What are you using? IWS? GAD? Custom solution with Platform SDK? Or are you trying to force the delay on the Server side?
