Hello. I am developing a third party agent desktop which handles chat sessions, and I need to add a feature to [b]return a chat session[/b] (which has already been accepted) [b]back to the queue[/b] it came from. How can I do that? (Optionally, I can send it back to a queue with a given name, if that is easier).
