Title: main mask failed

I have built a ccpulse view. In that one of the stat is total short abandoned calls. I have built the metric    mainmask- call abandoned, call abandoned from ringing. Category- total numberintimerange, subject- dn action, objects- queues. But it shows as mainmask failed in ccpulse. Please help regarding the issue

What have you defined for your TimeRange?

Thanks for your reply. I have default, Growing time profile. In which and all scenarios i will get mainmask failed error.

Generally; I would check each of the details in cfg/CIM/StartServer to make sure that there are no anomalies or items missing.

Specifically; If you have a "default" set anywhere - make sure that "default" has actual values - and make sure that it has not been left unconfigured with "null" values.
