How can IVR outbound on-demand ? ??? ???
I want something like an api that I can trigger an outbound call.
Does GVP provide any API that can use to trigger OCS to make an outbound call ?

There is two possible ways:
1) Use SSG within GVP solution. SSG provides HTTP API for making the outbound calls with defined parameters
2) Use OCS solution in VoIP-ready mode and select GVP-xx type of running campaigns (GVP predictive, GVP progressive, etc.)

1.) What is SSG stand for ?
2.) In this case, As my understand is I have to insert the number into Calling List database right ?

1)SSG (Suplementary Service Gateway) is component from GVP solution - you can find more in available documentation.
2)All is same as for standard OCS campaigns. There is only one difference in fact, that the calls are being processed by voice application (VXML or SCXML)
