Hello,
Can anyone explain to me what is differene between Infomart and CCPulce historical reports about agent calls. I know that Infomart uses TEvents, which are raw material that must be refined and processed before it is suitable for Solution Reporting on objects instead of calls.
Has anyone got simple explanation?

Infomart is Historical Interaction-Level Reporting - CCPulse is Real-Time Volume Reporting, with Historical "links".
Infomart is based on Interactions and "Legs" of an Interaction, with a lot of dynamic Filter information already configured - CCPulse is based on Pass-Through Volumes and you have to manually configure even the most basic Filters yourself.
Is that simple enough? :)
