Docs site requires have an account at least on customer support portal.

I haven't been there for a while - it was open to everyone, previously....

http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/Enterprise is open, there are specific sections only that requires a login

Funny how it's been open to the public for so long and now they want to bring it back, in-house. That's closed-loop marketing for you! :)

Looks like what they broke something on the portal. Right now , for example, all works from one my PC after I'm logged in and in the same time from another PC doesn't work even I logged to.

Guys I have tested from several browsers and computers...no login id requested ever...as Adam says it may be a glitch

As per the message quoted above, you need to be logged in to access the Docs site. Even then, it wasn't working for me yesterday. Fine now.
Genesys should make up their mind. That said, it wasn't great for customers to have direct access to deployment guides :D

For me, does not work without login (tried it from office, home, mobile,...).

Apparently, there will be a new documents site launch in the next few days. Perhaps this is all to do with the roll-out...

Ok, it has arrived for me too...
This sucks, was cool to give potential customers some access to some docs and show them that it is not a closed tool...until now
