I am a new guy with CC Analyzer, is there any place to find documentation on its features, and how to use ?

You can find all available docs on sites http://docs.genesyslab.com. Unfortunately, currently the page is out of service. I believe that the outage will be short term.

There are some overviews and insights in [url=https://play.google.com/store/books/details?id=tTMJBAAAQBAJ]The Handbook[/url]... it is based on Genesys 7.x and Hyperion...
