Title: VAG Scripting - can you EXCLUDE skills from the VAG ?
Post by: HugoThomsen on August 18, 2014, 07:11:50 AM
Hi,

I am amending a rather complex site where agents are multiskilled and each have 15+ skills - I would like to set up some VAGs based on site and topic skill, and need to exclude agents from other sites in order to derive AHT for services for sites. Is there a way to exclude (or include only) agents that have a particular site skill in the VAG ? Or is it possible to use group of places in the VAG script ?

Thanks.

Yes, it is possible. You can negate the result within the script by standard mark "~"
